I want to share with you an amazing and inspiring closing ritual.

It's something I've done this year and will do every December because,

to finalize the intentions for the year and acknowledge the status of the areas that are important to me.

I am personally proud that it has been possible to have an even deeper loving relationship with my husband,

even though we were under particular pressure when I wrote my book.

What are you proud of?

What are you proud of that you have succeeded in?

It could be rejection from a date you hadn't heard from in a week and that you saw anyway…

-goes out with friends in the evening to celebrate life.

- still love yourself and cook a wonderful dinner

-writing to someone else you never had a reply before.

No matter how small your action may feel, the energy release can be large.

Even if you never got started

Even if you still hope that the perfect man will just show up without,

that you need to change your love mindset - to believe in love

Then the exercise will still help you reset it

even if things didn't go according to plan.

In fact, the exercise is especially important if you faced those challenges this year.

In addition to the fact that love may not work out this year,

2022 has been another year of uncertainty for many of us.

If you've made it through with courage, you're amazing. And even if you don't, that's okay too.

You can always make a new decision and you can find time for that right now.

Finding the magic

Imagine something as magical as:

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO COMPLETELY CHANGE YOUR EXPERIENCE FOR 2023.

Make a list of everything you are proud of over the past year.

How to attract even more, love, luck and abundance next year.

Make your list as long as you can.

List any achievements or successes that you wish to acknowledge.

It's time to really shine a light on everything you've done in your life this year

For those of you who want to go a little further...

Do you have the courage to go a little further?

Choose a buddy to reinforce your success

It's good to associate yourself with your own responsibility when you do this.

So you don't shyly stop with: “I don't know. I guess I did some… okay things?”

Choose someone who understands you and sees you and your achievements, and who can thereby draw more out of you.

Take turns asking each other what you are proud of.

Use the phrase “I am proud of …” and list your achievements.

• I dealt with [insert difficult situation]
• I set boundaries around…
• I crossed a difficult barrier when I…
• I maintained a strong relationship with… my children / friends…
• I went on some fun dates!

If you get stuck, it helps to think through the year one month at a time.

And seriously – it's kind of hard to remember everything. So here's how to take it to the next level.

Your partner simply asks you;

“What else?”

Silence gives clarity

When you have asked, be quiet. No announcements, or 'bear services'. Just ask the question “What else?” and wait.

Keep going until you have AT LEAST 50 things you are proud of.

There will be plenty of breaks; just keep asking, “What else?”

To not hang on to the same five things you're proud of because you don't want to show off

is it easy to 'forget' everything else.

That's why the question is so important, to keep asking, and not give up.

Acknowledging all that you have achieved in light of the uncertainty you may be sitting with now about not achieving what you hoped for.

It's SO good that I actually really want to hear all about it!
