Self-reflection and acceptance

To build self-confidence, it is important to start with self-reflection. Take the time to get to know yourself better.

The different time phases change us: How are you now? Vbe aware of your strengths and weaknesses.

Next: Accept and embrace all aspects of yourself, both the positive and the challenging.

Be true to yourself

Be true to yourself and your values. I will never forget the woman who had such a hard time letting go of the past.

Try new things. I'm always careful to do something new, whether it's just changing the location of the renovation buckets ;-).

It means I challenge my brain. I am forced to think about: What I have in my hand and where is it going?

By challenging yourself, you grow as a person and discover that you are capable of more than you thought.

This will give you a sense of strength and self-confidence.

Find support and surround yourself with positive people

Find support and consciously surround yourself with positive people: seek support from friends, family or even a coach or therapist,

that can help you strengthen your self-confidence. Surround yourself with positive people who encourage and support you.

Avoid people who tear you down or lower your confidence. Positive relationships can be a source of support and inspiration in your journey to becoming confident.
