Do you also experience <\/strong>that you are frustrated that you have not yet succeeded in finding the right one?<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>H<\/strong>yes... then maybe you've tried deep breathing, neglecting your need for love, or meditating to no avail.<\/p>\n

Then I might have the solution for you, <\/strong>about what you must NOT do if you dream of finding love with the right one.<\/p>\n

After you read the blog<\/strong>, you know what it takes to get out of frustration.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Clara was looking for a man<\/strong><\/h2>\n

One of my friends, Clara, made a post in the salsa network the other day.<\/p>\n

She is looking for a man for the summer salsa camp.<\/p>\n

Although she is a beautiful and smiling woman, I'm pretty sure no one approaches.<\/p>\n

Because there is a great lack of men in the environment.<\/p>\n

Her and I will get to talk about what she can do to attract someone in the environment.<\/p>\n

Both she and many single women match general surveys about our well-being,<\/p>\n

the studies show that "frustrated" is the most frequently chosen emotion for women.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Can you recognize it?<\/p>\n

What starts frustration?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You probably recognize yourself that frustration is about experiencing,<\/p>\n

that there is nothing you can do to achieve the desired change.<\/p>\n

Frustration is a normal reaction to situations where needs are not met.<\/p>\n

Just think of women's frustration with societal conditions outside and at home that cannot be easily resolved.<\/p>\n

Still, it is thought provoking\u2026<\/h2>\n

It is thought-provoking that Clara does nothing on a daily basis that gives her more male salsa contacts.<\/p>\n

Not hard to guess if her expectation is realistic or not.<\/p>\n

Therefore, she has to make herself visible<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The more I write, the more I can see the coincidence of wanting a boyfriend.<\/p>\n

How much do you do that leads you in the right direction?<\/strong><\/p>\n

-besides hoping the right men find you?<\/p>\n

Do you do too little<\/p>\n

or too much of the wrong thing?<\/p>\n

I myself did too little and the frustration filled about 90 %<\/p>\n

Clara tries to ignore,<\/h2>\n

that where she fishes is almost extinct for fish.<\/p>\n

What if she did something else?<\/p>\n

We need to find concrete ways to work towards a change.<\/p>\n

Read if you are curious about your frustration [otherwise continue to the next section]<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Frustration is a feeling related to irritation, which belongs to the register of anger.<\/p>\n

I usually talk to my clients that anger is an expression of a need that we are not getting fulfilled.<\/p>\n

You should preferably avoid experiencing it as an insurmountable obstacle.<\/p>\n

Because you fall into the pit of hopelessness \u2013 a painful place to land and can be time-consuming<\/p>\n

\u2013 someone spends many years here.<\/p>\n

Perhaps you recognize pessimism, which signals an absence of hope and a lack of faith in better days.<\/p>\n

Important that you renew your hope - daily!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hope, on the other hand, is an extremely positive feeling, here we focus on the belief that something good will happen.<\/p>\n

Although \u201chope is not a strategy\u201d, at least hope is fuel to keep the fire going.<\/p>\n

As optimism and a sense of anticipation,<\/p>\n

makes us more likely to work for it to succeed.<\/p>\n

Choose the right network<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There are many examples of it being the small group of dedicated people with a common goal that creates the change.<\/p>\n

just think about equality. Therefore, seek out supportive communities, as many already do.<\/p>\n

Look for creative ways to achieve \u201cwins\u201d.<\/p>\n

Like Clara, who can instead solve her problem by channeling more mental energy into considering,<\/p>\n

where she expands the salsa network, which ensures her small victories that build self-confidence.<\/p>\n

In my coaching group, the celebration round is one of the most important energy boosts.<\/p>\n

When the women happily and contentedly talk about their courage to try new things,<\/p>\n

I see that they are moving mountains of obstacles and becoming more optimistic.<\/p>\n

An oft-repeated phrase is: "I don't understand at all how I could meet someone like him."<\/p>\n

Of course, you can still meditate<\/h2>\n

I do. Meditation, going for a walk and deep breathing provide temporary relief from frustration.<\/p>\n

In order to change the condition, it is crucial that you deal with the frustration,<\/p>\n

bigger than a traffic jam, running out of milk or misplacing your keys.<\/p>\n
