I want to share with you an amazing and inspiring closing ritual.<\/p>\n

It's something I've done this year and will do every December because,<\/p>\n

to finalize the intentions for the year and acknowledge the status of the areas that are important to me.<\/p>\n

I am personally proud that it has been possible to have an even deeper loving relationship with my husband,<\/p>\n

even though we were under particular pressure when I wrote my book.<\/p>\n

What are you proud of?<\/h2>\n

What are you proud of that you have succeeded in?<\/p>\n

It could be rejection from a date you hadn't heard from in a week and that you saw anyway\u2026<\/p>\n

-goes out with friends in the evening to celebrate life.<\/p>\n

- still love yourself and cook a wonderful dinner<\/p>\n

-writing to someone else you never had a reply before.<\/p>\n

No matter how small your action may feel, the energy release can be large.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Even if you never got started<\/h2>\n

Even if you still hope that the perfect man will just show up without,<\/p>\n

that you need to change your love mindset - to believe in love<\/p>\n

Then the exercise will still help you reset it<\/p>\n

even if things didn't go according to plan.<\/p>\n

In fact, the exercise is especially important if you faced those challenges this year.<\/p>\n

In addition to the fact that love may not work out this year,<\/p>\n

2022 has been another year of uncertainty for many of us.<\/p>\n

If you've made it through with courage, you're amazing. And even if you don't, that's okay too.<\/p>\n

You can always make a new decision and you can find time for that right now.<\/p>\n

Make a list of everything you are proud of over the past year.<\/em><\/p>\n

How to attract even more, love, luck and abundance next year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Make your list as long as you can.<\/p>\n

List any achievements or successes that you wish to acknowledge.<\/p>\n

It's time to really shine a light on everything you've done in your life this year<\/p>\n

Do you have the courage to go a little further?<\/p>\n

Choose a buddy to reinforce your success<\/em><\/p>\n

It's good to associate yourself with your own responsibility when you do this.<\/p>\n

So you don't shyly stop with: \u201cI don't know. I guess I did some\u2026 okay things?\u201d<\/p>\n

Choose someone who understands you and sees you and your achievements, and who can thereby draw more out of you.<\/p>\n

Take turns asking each other what you are proud of.<\/p>\n

Use the phrase \u201cI am proud of \u2026\u201d and list your achievements.<\/p>\n
