Eftersom dit sind og krop konstant interagerer, kan stress ogs\u00e5 for\u00e5rsage hovedpine, forh\u00f8jet blodtryk og mavesmerter.<\/p>\n<h4>Stress er en del af kroppens naturlige reaktionsm\u00f8nster.<\/h4>\n<p>Kortvarig stress er en tilstand, der g\u00f8r det muligt at reagere og handle i ekstreme situationer. Problemet med stress opst\u00e5r, n\u00e5r vi er under pres i l\u00e6ngere tid. Her udg\u00f8r stress en trussel mod helbredet. Der er mange steder i livet, hvor man kan blive stresset. Hvordan spotter man lige, om man er i farezonen? Kroppen reagerer med alarmberedskab i presset og udfordrende situationer. Stress er egentlig en naturlig del af os, for det er vores alarmberedskab!<\/p>\n<p>Stress er derfor ogs\u00e5 en sund del af os. Den er vores alarm og det, der g\u00f8r os i stand til at s\u00e6tte hurtigt ind, n\u00e5r vi er presset. Det kan for eksempel v\u00e6re, n\u00e5r der sker noget uventet, en fare eller en presset situation, vi har sv\u00e6rt ved at sige fra over for. Det er her, vi har den sunde reaktion, selv om den kan f\u00f8les ubehagelig. Alarm reaktionen er helt normal, og hvis vi hurtigt f\u00e5r l\u00f8st problemet eller finder l\u00f8sninger, falder vi hurtigt til ro igen. Vi skal kunne reagere hurtigt i pressede situationer, og stressreaktionen er derfor et overlevelsesinstinkt.<\/p>\n<p>Hvorn\u00e5r holder det s\u00e5 op med at v\u00e6re sundt? Det g\u00f8r det, n\u00e5r den langvarige stress opst\u00e5r. Denne opst\u00e5r, fordi vi ikke kan fjerne os fra de ting, der stresser. Belastningen forts\u00e6tter s\u00e5 i uger, m\u00e5neder eller \u00e5r. Det ligger et enormt pres p\u00e5 kroppen, der hele tiden producerer adrenalin og kortisol. Det betyder, at kroppen er i konstant beredskab og faktisk aldrig slapper af.
